Rochard's Diet
About a month ago I started in on my diet. I'm forty-one years old, quit smoking, quit drinking (Don't drink don't smoke what do you do?), and started working out - running mostly.
I started in at 231lbs. Guess how much I came in at this morning?

the less sugar in your diet the better. Any sugar you do get should come from natural sources like fruits and milk. I would avoid granola like the plague
