#3 is the most harmonic for sure, hands down. Not because of the color combo (which is a bit overused) but because of the composition of the logo. 
Now if you need a sophisticated, premium look (MetArt style), none of them fit in my opinion.

#3 definitely has that 'finished' look that I don't quite get with the others. I like the design of #8, but it feels 'unfinished' to me.

It depends on what you are really going for. Do you have a site already built and just need a logo for it or are you building the site from the logo?

3, the others don't fit well. Some look retro, which if it's Teen, retro doesn't go well with it.

I like #3 and #8...but I have to admit that there's something about #6 that I like, maybe because it's unique, not like everything else you see but yet still familiar.
