Umm, I would have to say that I have not been to a show here, I think this is the first, and soley based on the cities and my experience at last years Montreal Expo, I would have to say that one gets my vote!

I'll most likely be there. Already registered for it.
As for Toronto vs. Montreal, look at it in terms of cost. The Cyber Expo should be bigger than the Toronto show though, but both should be good.
