sites making money

I recently asked for input into my site. Who here has a site that generates an income that I could see. I specifically want to see a site that is created using resources available to anyone. By that, I mean a site that is not selling its own content or spending thousands a month on buying content. I would imagine that someone is making money with free content, free galleries, or purchading minimal amouns of content to use.

To put it more simply: who, if anyone, is making lots of money while spending little.

Think about what your asking for a moment.

Do you really expect anyone who was smart enough to figure out a good way to make a lot of money with low overhead, would be dumb enough to let other people know how he does it?

If you're looking to maximize your profit/cost ratio - TGP galleries and free sites are the way to go.

There's money in the free areas of the business, but the competition is stiff and the content is generally saturated.

In essence you have to spend money to make money. This industry isn't the free ride it seemingly was years ago.

I could show you some things I'm doing, but I won't at this time. I've taken years to figure out traffic patterns, find how to work my traffic and increase my production, but why should I GIVE that information away? Sorry to sound like a dick, but I value the information too much to just give it away.

I'll give you a hint on a traffic source many don't think about....Kazaa.....people are busy bitching about it and don't understand how to harness that traffic and squeeze some $$$ out of it ;-)

I don't mind telling cause basicly I haven't figured shit out myself :-\
I used to steal content when I just started my little porn project but got in trouble with copywright shit. Nothing serious but I decided to play it safe and just use the free content sponsers offer. There are some good ones out there that offer nice hosted galleries and stuff like that.
So basicly all I have to pay is my server, and I make some nice extra money. Than again, my conversion ratios suck ass (1:2000 is my avg.) so you might not wanna listen to me

One thing I've found online, people will give great advice to specific questions. But you can't expect an answer to such a general question... you really have to figure things out yourself.... just like in any line of business

Go to Adult NetSurprise , YNot Masters , and Cozy Academy . Read the articles. Take the tutorials. Ask questions.

There's no quick, easy way. No shortcut to riches. There's definitely a learning curve if you want to play by the rules and do things right.
