I think it's a beautiful layout. I liked the change up on the thumb size on one row in the tables. I wasn't real thrilled with the font size/color for left navigation, rather hard to read. You also don't have anything in place to remind them to bookmark. I'd work that in at top, middle and base of your pages. I also didn't see an obvious home link. At the bare minimum, link your header image to return to your home page.
I wasn't real thrilled to see 'young' in your meta tags.
I take it this isn't a full tgp that takes submissions, as I didn't see anywhere for webmasters to do any?
