This is something that has always confused me. The amount of violence we have in our lives is staggering. CNN last night showed a dump truck dumping dozens of bodies into a open pit that held yet more dead bodies.

When I was a kid in grade school I used to sell dirty magazines - Playboy, Penthouse, Hustler. My best friend's father was a truck driver, and had a huge stash of dirty magazines. Kids, well at least boys, have a burning desire to see this. It's in their DNA. They want to see boobies. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure that out.

But here's the kicker. Society goes through all kinds of lengths to "protect children from seeing harmful material" damn well knowing that at some point every female and every male is going to have sex - and fucking plenty of it.

Yet we have no problem watching fucking CNN in front of our ten and fourteen year old children, dead bodies, gun battles. For those of you who don't have kids, 9/11 was horrible for parents. How the fuck do you explain why the television was showing airplanes crashing into buildings and buildings falling down?

I just played a game of Call Of Duty this morning. Blood, violence, killing. Lots of it. I'm sure that my ten year old neighbor up the street ha COD or something similar.

Porn is bad, harmful to kids. Cause, you know, in a few years they'll do fucking like rabbits anyhow. But violent movies and video games - no problem. A blow job is sin, but killing is fun.
