Go to Panda Software and use their online virus scan. When the page loads, click on Panda Active Scan. It's on the lower left hand side of screen. Then, just follow the on screen instructions. Panda tends to find things the other programs skip, never detect, or can't clean.

Then you want to download a free program called Spybot - Search & Destroy. This program works awsome for detecting and removing spyware and adware from your system.
