What niche do you want to explore? Cause if the niche matches someone else niche, you could maybe arrange to share the cost of production. We already do this with some partners, so maybe we can discuss it.

Another way of cutting on costs would be to start featured model sites, with a partnership deal with the model. Example 50/50 ....she models, and you do the rest. Many sites have been very successful in the past with this type of niche. I dunno if it still works as well now though... but then again, all niches have been hit over the past 2 - 4 years.
