I can do all that with my Blackberry Bold + mine has a video recorder on top of the camera all that with a more functional qwerty board.

All the new 3G phones have battery issues and even worse if you have wifi enabled.. it sux the juice out like 90. So I keep wifi off unless I'm stationary and I keep the phone on 2G if not in 3G range.. that way it does'nt suck the juice searching.
