A buddy of mine went to the future shop 2 weeks ago next to the new Krispy Kreme, he went to check it out but was stopped at the door and told it was by invitation only he's have to come back the next week when they were going to open for the public. My buddy sais to the guy at the door "come on help a brother out, if I come home with krispy kreme dohnuts my g/f will give me the best sex ever" ... the guy at the door gave him coupons for 2 dozed free and let him in!

I don't know if they are that much better than hundreds or thousands of mom and pop places ... I grew up in St. Louis, and I can think of a half-dozen donut shops that are just as good or better. I got told more than once that I had to be nuts to drink all night, go eat a "slinger" (sausage, egges, hashbrowns covered with chili) and then go get hot fresh donuts from the local donut shop.
Funny ... my itinerary for Wednesday just got revised to include a trip by my local Krispy Kreme  which is an hour away

You have to try one, and warm it up for 7 to 10 seconds in the microwave first, you'll be in heaven! After the tenth one you may start to feel a bit ill so take it slow:-)
