well, I think that Visa just absolutely refuses to let those companies pretend that they're offering a way to ensure that only adults are getting in.
Visa doesn't like the terminology of AVS so.... naturally, it just changes.

Alot of minors have credit cards, how's using a credit card determines you are are over the age of 18 or 21 (in some states)? I think term AVS was misleading from the get go!
