Wow! Scary stuff! Almost sounds like you had an allergic reaction to an insect bite or something. I'm surprised that if it was caused by red meat and the amount of food you can swallow at one time, something like this didn't happen way before now. Good thing is, they know what the problem is, and it can be fixed!
