Disclaimer or not
Hey gang,
I was wondering if it is better to have a disclaimer at the entrance of a website or not?
I have been doing it, but I see that many adult sites and TGP do not.

This has been the subject of many debates, and a good question, I believe it's a good idea to have it but legally does it cover you if someone underage clicks on through?

I say have one. First of all, I always put my disclaimers in a text box that has a scroller on it so it doesn't take the whole screen. It reduces some complaints cause I keep the disclaimer page sexy, but clean. Just faces and skin, no nipples or genitals. But one great reason to have one, is that it gives you MORE prime real estate for link trades. A bookmarker will bookmark past your disclaimer anyways so it won't bother them, who are you best surfers to begin with.
