Tried to submit but wouldn't let me without a recip and even then it wasn't working????

there is an email address on the page titled Webmaster Resources on that 411 site in question.

I just tried the site and it worked fine. You may not have found it because it is in the list of other sites. When you sign up the is a reciprical link provided that you cn post. If you do your site becomes a priority. You don't have to use the link but you can. Message me if you have anymore questions.
