Looking To Buy Profitable Adult Site/s

Not fussy about niche, but you must be able to prove your figures (we are experienced in buying businesses, so no BS please!).

The site/s would need to be hosted as we do not have the resources to take over servers, etc.

Willing to pay up to $30,000 with a decent return on investment.

so you have the resources to pay up to 30K for a site but dont have the resources to pay $20 a month for hosting?? Im not sure I am following you.

We want to pay for hosting, what we're saying is that we don't want to buy servers and do the hosting ourselves.
