Some I discovered this web page before in daytime, like that than google analytics, but they have a very interesting feature, you may follow your visitors REALTIME!
it's pretty fun if you just leave your comuter alone and watch what happening in your website live, showing:
Page URLs, Countries, Referrers, Searches, IP adresses, op systems, browsers, counting action/IP , and more...

there is no download, you just register than you can use it online...
