How to Embed YouTube Video in Posts

I have seen some posts where YouTube videos have been embedded. Can someone tell me how this is done? Appreciate any help.

You need to copy and paste the enbeded code into the post some boards are set up for youtube so that all you need is the call letters
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Vtwa1uwANQ the call letter of that one would be 2Vtwa1uwANQ
