Anyone else pissed off at PSW?
It seems that Canadians are taking it in the rear. After 3 weeks of bull it seems that PSW is turning Visa back on for non-US sites. Unfortunately it seems only for non-US sites who are based in Europe!
They sent an email out today that says to ask for info about setting up a Euro company if you are a non-US/non-European company. I guess the large majority of those are Canadian and Australian sites. Apparently it's supposed to be possible to get a european company in a matter of days. I have no idea how it compares to the process of getting a US company but I assume it must be easier or they wouldn't suggest it.
At the moment it seems that the only alternative for quick resumption of visa is to go with iBill. Who are currently using Visa Europe to process for canadian sites. And it seems very possible that the same thing might end up happening with that. So:
Does anyone have any knowledge about the differences between setting up a european cie and setting up a US company?
It's obvious that one or the other is going to be necessary for sure.
