I know I'm a bit lazy and I wake up late, but how amazing is that? I love the power of the mind. When that stuff happens, it's always when I think about waking up at a time before going to sleep, and then it just happens.

You can buy a light lamp clock, but those cost like 100$+ at the pharmacy.

My friend has one and he wakes up just because of the light created from that lamp. Apparently it works really good.

I can do that too. I just tell myself what time I need to be awake, and it happens. I don't even have to check the clock either.

That's crazy how we can program ourselves like that.
I can easily do it, especially if I have to get up for a flight the next morning.

I haven't really had the need for an alarm clock in 4 years! I have no problem going back to sleep but I wake up at the same time EVERY single day!
