Anyone good at making cartoon graphics?

I want an avatar that would be like an ants point of view looking up at the ass end of a mule with a nutsack hanging down....you know...a mule scrote. I can't seem to make anything that looks decent. Something with simple lines and colors like the logo on elephantlist or ultradonkey.

Any help?
