What's that thing in turkey that makes you sleepy?

I swear after I eat all I want to do is sleep (maybe I eat too much) no I've actually heard there is something in turkey that makes you sleepy.

Did you ever wonder why most (if not all) pigs go straight to sleep every after meal?
That's because they feel heavy for eating too much...
