You guys look AMAZING!  It's a motivating story for anyone who wants to get back into shape! 

 I'm not a gym rat, but I do workout a minimum of 4 times a week and watch what I eat...The result: I feel amazing!  I even sleep better!  and have more energy to chase my 4 year old around...lol  
Oh and tell your wife she is sizzling! *drool*
