Yes... Appears N. Carolina is going to get the full force. It's horrible. Everyone is hoping Isabel slows down even more before landing in the Carolina's. The good thing is, they've had time to prepare.
Looks like Pennsylvania is going to get a lot of rain, but the winds shouldn't be as strong. It's a good thing that the past 2 days around here, we've been able to dry out a bit. It'll give the creeks and rivers a chance to drain a bit more too. The weather maps keep changing. At times, it looks like we are in the direct path and then other times, Isabel appears to be a little more farther west in PA, than east. Looks like late Thursday into Friday is when Isabel will be the worst here.
