The stuipest question you'll ever read...and hopefully answer!
Hello Everyone,
This is my first time on this message board. I'd like to thank Chris for inviting me!
Anyway, I'm extremely new to the business. I own a website of my own that sells adult DVDs and erotic books, unfortuanatley that has not done as well as i expected. In desperation i then added a free porn page to my website, but still my hits are low.
My questions are:
1. How do i get started properly?. I do have affiliates but i only promote them on my site, and how does TGP submission sites work?.
2. How could i boost traffic?
3. Do you think i would better with a mustache? (lol......just kidding!)
4. Who are some good people that i can work with on the net?, who should i watch out for?, any warning signs?
I do appreciate everyone who took out the time to read this, i do look very forward to growing in this field and proving my friends wrong that i can succeed!

I sell tangibles as well and found it hard in the beginning to get good converting traffic. One thing I learned pretty fast is that porn surfers or people looking for content..pics and videos are not our best customers. You want to target people that are coming on-line to buy adult movies or toys. Search engines will be your best friend and linking to like minded sites is a good idea. Adult search engines are not too bad..get a link on Janes guide and sites like that I got some great traffic.
If you want to buy some cheap advertising with great traffic that may convert for your videos. Check out terb.ca it's a escort review board in Toronto, 300 bucks for a rotating banner and you will get excellent traffic.
