Luna I'm sorry to hear about your ordeal, that kind of thing is very frustrating. 2 things to say about this situation.
1) if it's important stuff, make sure the courier uses a "signature required" form of delivery, that way you have a name and date.
2) just because they work for a big name doesn't mean they're any more reliable or trustworthy
I had a similar situation with a deal that I did with a fairly large affiliate program. It was a problem where they didn't get it, then they said they did but it was "the wrong person got it", etc. etc.
Makes you wonder how some people stay in business.
Also makes you want to go down to their office in person and see if
they have something different to say then
