music energizes Fabio.. so If fabio needs ALOT of energy.. He plays slower and harder music like PANTERA.. or METALLICA.. If fabio is running on the treadmill - Fabio likes to put on FASTER music like trance or techno.

So.. the key to gReAt SUCCesS is fast music for fast movement (running on tradmill or using stationary bike, etc..) or slow and hard music for slow and hard work (lifting weights)..
