i just redid mine....
Looks similar as yours... just have to tell the gf to get her ass on the bar

Here is a few of the basement we did last winter before and after.
I have built a few homes and two cottages so I am getting pretty good at it.
Thjis room in the basement required removal of a load bearing wall and the addition of teloposts and a engineered beam to get the open concept look.
