Justifiable Murder?

I don't know if I would call it murder, but certainly it's justifiable to take down an intruder in your home. Even if it involves deadly force.

If someone broke into our home like that, I can't say what I'd be capable of doing to protect my loved ones.

In my country is called murder. I think anybody will make anything to protect his family, but the law is not on his side. Very weird, I know.
