XNations February contest!
Another great XNations contest is upon us!
Visiting and posting to the board in the month of February could easily net you this awesome prize!
A very cool Samsung 15 inch LCD Monitor!
2nd place (because there is always someone who comes in second!)
is a cool hundred bucks... like anyone is going to say no to that?!?
These great prizes are brought to you by the awesome folks at SPREAD4U!
If you aren't using their free live feeds, you're losing out on some great money and excellent content for your sites!
The rules are like this.... During the month of February, there will be 4 different periods where we will hold 4 seperate "longest thread" competitions.
Feb 1st to 7th (12 midnight EST)
Feb 8th to 14th (12 midnight EST)
Feb 15th to 21st (12 midnight EST)
Feb 22nd to 28th (12 midnight EST)
During each period, there will be one winner of the "longest thread".
The top 3 longest threads during each time period will have their posts counted, and the registered user with the most replies to their thread(s) at the end of the month will be the grand prize winner!
Updates will be given on the Saturday following each week of the competition and threads from the previous week will be closed (only to the competition). Thread starters own posts do not count in the overall post count.
2nd prize will be given to the user with the most points at the end of the month. You earn one point for a post, and 50 points for a webmaster referral to xnations.com (instructions on using a referral link can be found in the xnations FAQ). You may only refer other webmasters, and they must make at least one post to the board. This is happening in tandem with the competition for 1st place!

I just realized, I directed a webmaster to this board but not through referral link but directly to the post I wanted him to see
Would that get lost in the contest?? or would you count it in?
and - how do I refer someone to the board so with the referral AND not to the index but to a post, so they can read some interesting post before desciding on signing up? |
