Now that we know the war is imminent, what are your guesses for the following.
#1 When do you think the first air strike will happen ?

#2 How long will the slaughter continue, before the Iraqi soldiers retreat/ surrender/ desert ?

#3 Do you think Saddam will be captured / killed / suicide or seek refuge in a country that will accept him?

#4 How long do you think it will last ?

#2 How long will the slaughter continue, before the Iraqi soldiers retreat/ surrender/ desert ?

Within the first 48 hours of the war.

#3 Do you think Saddam will be captured / killed / suicide or seek refuge in a country that will accept him?

Suicide I think, he will refuse to be captured alive and I don't think any country will accept him , who would want to harbor him to have the US Military knocking at their door.

#4 How long do you think it will last ?

10 to 14 days.

I'll be watching the "ultimatum speech" tonight at 8pm eastern.

My hope is that Saddam flees the country, but I don't think that is going to happen. It looks to me like the US will have to invade to take him out of power.
