Basically if you want to make a lot of money it's a must to have a distribution deal. If you just want to sell from your site then all you need is a duplicating company. But in that case chances are you are going to have to invest a lot more cash and you might have to handle things like shipping. I wouldn't sign any kind of long term deal at first either. Check out the avn site for a list of distributors and try contacting a few of the ones that handle material similar to what you have to offer. Also try and get a deal where anything that you sell from your site is exempted from the rather large chunk that the distributor is going to keep for distributing the tape/dvd.
