I hate saying things that sound spammy, and like I'm pre-selling.. (cause I'm not), but my company is building a stats solution that is specifically for this need.. (login once and access stats for multiple programs supported by multiple kinds of affiliate software)... your input may help make it better  .

we use tons of sponsors and it's hard to keep up w/ them all. so i got stats remote. one thing it doesn't do that i'd like is to show stats by periods, where you can check the stats for past periods also. stats remote has past months but not broken down by periods.
