I love resource sites. Its very easy to become alienated when you work in a virtual world and reading articles, news and message boards keep you up to date on whats going on, what may go on in the near future, etc.
XBiz is my favorite resource site today, followed closely by YNotMasters. Of course, some people prefer YNotMasters, but its all really a matter of preference.
