I did find your site a while ago. Not sure if the hosts are PFI based, but sometimes the hosts don't offer what they told you they offer.

I don't really need SQL from the webhost as my non-adult host can add 50MB DB's for just $5/mo and they are top notch.

narrowing it down to http://www.cavecreek.com and http://www.prohosters.com/

But will scan the listings again on your site.
