Well, if it is true, it's about friggin' time! Finally our Gov't. gave the right people the "go", so they can actually do their job and get done what needed to be done a long time ago.

What are we going to do with him if we actually have him?

The Pres. finally decided since he damaged our economy, he's not liked well in the polls, and he might not be able to convince Congress he needs another several billions, that he might as well give the troops the freedom they needed to do their job to actually aprehend the madman. He's probably thinking this will look good for him and maybe justify some of the stunts he pulled.
