Hammer, I've thought often about your situation... I've never been in it... the desire to avoid it has helped me cut down, too. I love my family like NO OTHER and wanna be here for them and not miss anything....
Twinkley, a quitting buddy is a FAB idea and would work.....my friends aren't quitting with me, but I call 'em a lot for a quick 5 on the phone... sometimes, you've gotta have something to do besides smoke. Friends rock
