Favorite charity and why?
Well, I don't give to one charity, or organization in particular. I've done various walks and fundraisers for oraganizations that raise money for breast cancer. I'm a regular blood donor. I've helped out the neighborhood kids, and my cousins, when they were selling various items to support their team, or Girl Scout / Boy Scout , and Youth Group things. I've donated clothes to the homeless. I spend time visiting my grandmother who is in a nursing home,chatting with her, her friends and some of the other residents. I've helped take care of a friends mother when she needed to go to an appointment, or shopping, and then when Shingles, and chemotherapy left her very ill. I've always taken care of my friends pets when they would go on vacation. I've donated money to the church for their homeless shelter program.
Why? - Simply because I can.
