Kwame has the education and polishing that DT does look for in an excutive. Bill doesn't have the degree(not that he couldn't get it) but he does have the experience, which Kwame lacks. Its going to come down to who has better leadership skills and it looks like Bill could come out on top. It will be interesting to see what happens next week.
