I know it would be rare for MTL to have a dry winter but man what if there is a less than average snow fall and dryer roads? Yer gonna burn the tread on your tires in 1.5 years with the mandatory
winters by a certain date. I live in the Ontario snowbelt and 2 years ago I did not need my winters on till Jan 15 and I took them off March 1st.
